Hill View Cottage, at Avielochan, offers you spectacular views of the stunning Highland scenery. The largest of the cottages, Hill View is a single-story, three-bedroom bungalow, all on one level for easy access.

Step inside the entrance hallway, and you’ll find a spacious, cosy living room featuring a wood-burning stove and large windows with breathtaking views over the Cairngorms. It’s the perfect space to unwind with a good book, watch TV, play board games, or simply relax and soak in the scenery.

The cottage also features a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining room, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends. Two of the three bedrooms offer views of the Cairngorms, while the third overlooks a large back garden, where you can often spot little birds and even the occasional red squirrel!

For those who plan to explore the great outdoors, Hill View Cottage provides a convenient Boot Room at the rear, perfect for storing wet gear after a day of adventure.

Outside, you can take advantage of a spacious fenced garden, complete with outdoor seating  for al fresco dining and relaxation.
